  • When shoppers complete the buying steps 1 through 5 on Chrysler Connect, a 'digital deal package' will be delivered to the dealer to review. The Dealer Champion will contact the customer to confirm vehicle selection & availability, financing, delivery preferences, money due, etc. The customer will be required to upload any additional/required information (e.g. driver's license, proof of insurance, proof of income, etc.). The customer will receive an email with a link to EZDOCS to electronically sign and upload documents from your PC or mobile device. FAQs and/or guides will be available to the customer on that tool.

  • Applying for financing is quick and easy. When a customer submits their credit application a decision will appear within seconds. If approved Chrysler Connect will display an offer from a lender or offers from multiple lenders to choose from.

  • Customers that do not qualify for financing via Chrysler Connect will receive a notification from lenders who review and provide a credit decision

  • Any money due for the vehicle will be verified by the dealer when they contact the customer to confirm the deal, and the money will be collected at time of delivery. Finance options (including down payment) will be selected by the customer on the deal calculator on Chrysler Connect

  • There are options to pay with cash or tell us that you already have your own financing.

  • The vehicle will be “On Hold” for a customer when they submit their financing option.

  • It is the responsibility of the dealership to process vehicle sales on a first come first serve basis, both online and in-store

  • Money due to the dealer (i.e. 1st month's payment, tax, title, registration, down payment) are to be paid directly to the dealer per the selling dealer's required payment methods. The dealer will confirm the amount due when they contact the customer to verify the deal.

  • Check your email inbox associated with the email address you entered. You will receive an account verification email from “Chrysler” with a subject line of “Chrysler Connect Account Activation”. Click on “Verify Email” and you will be directed back to Chrysler Connect to resume your journey.

  • Chrysler Connect online purchases may not be available where you live. If your home zip code is ineligible we invite you to continue your journey on Chrysler.com or with your local dealer.

  • Kelly Blue Book (KBB) is built into Chrysler Connect! Fill out the prompted information and you will receive an Instant Cash Offer (ICO), this is a solidified offer that our dealers will honor after verification, so long as the vehicle information entered by the customer is accurate, up-to-date and without misrepresentation. *It is VERY important to carefully enter all trade-in details as accurately as possible to ensure a seamless delivery process.
  • If you do have a trade-in, you will need to take delivery at the dealership you are purchasing from. The dealership needs to verify the vehicle (make/model, VIN, condition, etc.) to confirm the guaranteed offer.

  • All buyers returning CDJRF leases are required to complete delivery at the dealership. The customer may be able to look-up remining lease commitments on Chrysler Connect, but remaining payments or money due will not be “rolled in” to a deal on Chrysler Connect. The dealer will assist with lease return paperwork. Any remaining payments, over-mileage fees or damage fees will be assessed, processed, and communicated to the customer by the lending institution.

  • Chrysler Connect is an online sales platform for buyers interested in a convenient, easy, haggle-free shopping experience. A buyer can choose a vehicle, service/protection plans, accessories, get a trade in offer, apply for financing and ESign documents from their pc or mobile device. Participating dealers are prepared to assist with an excellent delivery process.

  • Participating dealers have committed to removing sold vehicles from their inventory daily, so vehicles that appear for sale are highly likely to be available for purchase. When customers complete the buying steps, a 'digital deal package' will be delivered to the dealer to review. The Dealer Champion will contact the customer to confirm vehicle selection & availability, financing, delivery preferences, money due, etc.

  • Participating dealers set their vehicle pricing in advance and have agreed not to make changes to prices outside of a corporate incentive cycle.

  • Yes, live chat agents will be available Monday-Friday from 8am to 10pm EST, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm EST. The Dealership's “Chrysler Connect Champion” will also be able assist in instances where customers are stuck.

  • Dealers may choose to apply a 'per mile' fee to any delivery outside of 10 miles. The calculation will be added when a customer selects their delivery location.

  • Sign up for a Chrysler Connect profile and turn on notifications. If a vehicle is no longer on hold, your account will receive a notification right away!

  • Chrysler Connect is a partnership between Chrysler and our dealer network. Dealers set the pricing on the vehicles, accessories and service and protection plans for the vehicles in their inventory. When shoppers complete the buying steps, a ‘digital deal package’ will be delivered to the dealer to review. After the shopper submits a credit application or sees the Congratulations page, the Chrysler Connect Champion will contact the customer to confirm vehicle selection & availability, financing, delivery preferences, etc.

  • Participating dealers have agreed to set their prices individually. Shoppers are able to see sale prices across multiple dealerships and choose the price that best fits their budget.

  • Participating dealers are displaying all Pacifica Vehicles in-stock and available for sale.

  • “On Hold” represents an in-stock vehicle that is pending a sale with another customer. A credit application submission will hold the vehicle for a period of time
